Oh no! We’re really sorry that your order has been damaged. Please send an email to hello@lusthome.com, stating your order number, the problem, and a photograph clearly showing the damage.

Please note: You should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging and you should not throw away the product labels until you have finished decorating.

Each roll is 0.50m (w) x 10m (h). We have a handy usage calculator on each product page, you just pop in the width and height of your walls and it will tell you how many rolls you need.

All orders come with the same batch guarantee, meaning that all the batches of the same product will be identical in your order. Happy days!

We will always try our best to send you the same batch as your previous order, however this is not guaranteed. If your requested batch is out of stock we will send the closest available batch.

We want to help you make the right decision, that's why our samples are generously sized at 50cm x 50cm. Making it easier to really get a feel for the design in your chosen space.

Your Lust sample will be folded to fit in our handy, letterbox sized envelopes. Our envelopes are fully recyclable and made from 100% recycled materials!

Paste the wall wallpaper is the easiest way to hang your wallpaper. It does exactly what it says on the tin, you paste the wall first, then hang the paper. We love it because it’s super speedy and you don’t need to wait for the paste to soak into the wallpaper.

Here’s a few handy tips for measuring your room for wallpaper. The maths is easy, we promise!

Firstly, measure the width of the space you're wallpapering. Our Lust Home wallpapers are 50cm wide (unless stated otherwise). Divide the width of your room by 50 to work out how many drops of wallpaper you’ll need - better to be slightly over!

Next, measure the height of your room, leaving out skirting boards. Add an extra 15 cm to this for trimming.

Multiply the height by the number of drops you worked out in step 2 and ta-da! That’s the number of metres you will need.

Create the best base for your new wallpaper by following these steps:

1. Fill any holes, cracks or imperfections with a wall filler. You will probably need to give the wall a very light sanding, once dry, so it’s nice and smooth!

2. Give the wall a good clean with sugar soap.

3. The wall must not be freshly plastered. It would need to be painted first, prior to wallpapering.

4. Make sure the room is well ventilated and that any heating is switched off before hanging and whilst drying (this will take around 5-6 hours).

1. Apply a generous layer of wallpaper paste all over your chosen wall. Use a roller for the bulk of it and a small paintbrush to get close to the ceiling and skirting boards.

2. Grab your step ladder and hang the dry paper at the top of the wall with a few cm excess above the ceiling line.

3. Lightly brush the paper into place right down to the skirting boards. 

4. Take a step back and make sure the wallpaper looks good. If you’re happy, take your smoothing brush and smooth out the paper working from the centre to the edges.

5. Trim any excess at the top and bottom with a wallpaper knife or scissors.

This all depends on the temperature of the room, but we would recommend allowing 24 to 48 hours for your wallpaper to be completely dry.

Our Lust Home wallpaper adhesive consists of flakes of dry adhesive that just need to be mixed with water. All you need to do is add water to a bucket and gradually stir in the paste powder until fully combined. Leave to stand for 3 minutes and you’re ready to go! A full packet requires 5 litres of water, so adjust your ratios accordingly.

Our extraordinary Lust Home paints have a flat matt finish (3%). This means it's long-lasting and super easy to clean.

Our paint samples are handy peel-and-stick patches. You can move the samples around the room and try on multiple walls without leaving any damage or residue behind. Paint samples are 15x15cm.

Our paint cans are made from part-recycled stainless steel, which can be recycled again and again! You can recycle empty tins at your local Household Waste Centre, or clean 'em out to be used in your garden or home as nifty storage!

Absolutely! None of our paints have any animal derived products in them.

As our paints are water based they should not be used over oil based paints without a primer or undercoat. Unsure what type of paint is already on your walls? Just rub a small section of the wall with a damp cotton bud - if the paint comes off, it's water or latex based, meaning you can paint straight over it!

All of our cushions come prefilled with a British wool filler. This ensures our cushions look and feel their very best.

Our samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class, non-tracked service. Your sample order should arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch for UK deliveries and between 14-16 working days for non-UK customers. If you still haven't received your samples after 7 working days please drop us a note at hello@lusthome.com, and include your order number in your message.

We now ship worldwide! Delivery will be calculated at the checkout stage. Unfortunately we're not able to ship paint and adhesive paste products to the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.

For pricing, please add your chosen products to your basket and choose your delivery country at the checkout. Our system will then calculate the weight of your order and show the delivery cost.

You'll be pleased to know that all of our packaging is recyclable! This includes our cardboard boxes, envelopes and the film that keeps your Lust Home wallpaper safe and dry in transit.

We do not accept exchanges however you can return your unopened items for a refund (if your purchase is within the last 30 days) and place another order. If you have any questions, drop us a message, hello@lusthome.com.

We hope you love your new wallpaper and don't need to return it! However if you've ordered too much and need to return it, we have a 30-day return policy. Please note our wallpaper and paint samples cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Select how you would like to return by following the link above. You can take your return to a local drop-off point or arrange a Evri collection from your home or work.

If you're returning from outside of the UK, please contact our Customer Service Team at hello@lusthome.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

If you return the entire order, your shipping cost will also be refunded.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You can return any unused paint tins as long as they're unopened and in their original packaging.

Of course - however we are pretty sure you'll fall in love with it! We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We accept PayPal and all major debit / credit cards as payment options.
